Usage recommendations for probe A-192621 and control A-1806262

In cells

Recommended concentration range for use of probe and control: 0 – 300 nM. Higher concentrations can be used for the probe but not the control to maintain selectivity. However, direct comparison with control will be difficult to interpret above 300 nM. Furthermore, probe concentrations should be < 1 µM to avoid off-target acticity.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Tested in rat, dog and monkey.
