Use at concentration of 1 µM. Warning: BAY-069 shows a high plasma protein binding. Therefore the probe is not recommended for use in cell assays with serum.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

BAY-069 may be suitable for in vivo studies at higher concentrations: Tested in mice with a oral dose of 100 mg/kg once daily.
