Good metabolic stability; almost complete inhibition of the proliferation of TE‐8 and TE‐11 cells with 0.1 nM; tested in ovarian cancer cell lines (SKOV-3, OVCAR-3, HEY) with 75 nM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

High oral bioavailability; rat PK in vivo: Cl_b = 0.33 L/h/kg, V_SS = 0.79 L/kg, t_1/2 = 4.9 h, F = 85 %; tested in female NSG mice for 28 days with p.o. dose of 1.5, 3, or 4.5 mg/kg/day.
