Use at concentration of 1 µM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Tested in mouse and rat with 0.05 µmol/ kg. BI-8668 at 3 µg/kg displays up to 33% inhibition of fluid absorption compared to control animals in an airway fluid absorption assay in wistar rats.
