Use at concentration of 1 µM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Tested in mice, rat, dog and cynomolgus monkey at 1 mg/kg (po) and 1 mg/kg (iv). Shows pronounced and dose-dependent inhibition of TNFα at doses as low as 3 mg/kg in a TLR-challenge (toll-like receptor) mouse model.
