Use at concentrations up to 10 µM. We recommend to test at various concentrations with a 9 point curve starting from 10 µM down in 1/3 serial dilutions.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

Yes, tested in rat and dog and showed excellent pharmacokinetics in dog with low blood clearance, good oral bioavailability, and a moderate half-life.
