Use at a concentration no higher than 1 µM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Good oral bioavailability; acute or subchronic dosing with 30 mg/kg per day is well tolerated in mice. Treatment for up to 15 weeks was tested. No adverse effects of MLi-2 on body weight, food intake, or behavioral activity were observed.
