Detailed information about the PRESTO (Parallel Receptor-ome Expression and Screening via Transcriptional Output) -Tango (transcriptional activation following arrestin translocation) GPCR-ome assay can be found here.
Results are expressed in fold of the corresponding basal level. The positive control, DRD2 with 100 nM quinpirole, shows 30x to 100x of basal activity. Generally, the activity ranges from 0.5x to 2.0x fold of basal. Follow-up studies are done when the observed activity is greater than 3.0x fold of basal.

Conclusion: No activity found in panel of 320 non-olfactory GPCRs .
