Use at concentrations up to 5 µM. Use BI 605906 together with the SGC GAK probe SGC-GAK-1 and the SGC AAK1 probe SGC-AAK1-1 to insure that the effect is not due to the inhibition of AAK1 and/or GAK.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

BI 605906 was tested in mouse, rat, dog and cynomolgus monkey with an IV dose of 1 mg/kg and a PO dose of 10 mg/kg. A dose response effect was shown in the rat collagen induced arthritis model at a dose of 60 mg/kg.
