Use at concentrations up to 10 µM. We recommend to test at various concentrations with a 9 point curve starting from 10 µM down in 1/3 serial dilutions.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Pan-BD2 tool of choice for animal models. Tested in rat (IV 1mg/kg; PO 3 mg/kg) and dog (IV 0.5 mg/kg; PO 1 mg/kg).
