Use at concentration up to 10 µM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Tested in mice, rat and monkeys at various concentrations with good safety profile. Clinical phase II: Development stopped because of the observation of drug-induced agranulocytosis (DIAG) in two subjects possibly due to due to off-target effects such as the formation of reactive metabolites and or intermediates.
