Use at concentration up to 1 µM.

We recommend to use together with the two BCL6 degraders CCT369260 and BI-3812 and the BCL6 inhibitor TP-021 also available from SGC for control experiments. Note: BI-3802 is soluble in DMSO only to a concentration of 1 mM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Not qualified for in vivo use due to poor bioavailability after p.o. administration in mice (dose: 10 -100 mg /kg).
