Use at concentration up to 1 µM.

We recommend to use the BCL6 inhibitors TP-021 and BI-3812 and the BCL6 degrader BI-3802 also available from SGC for control experiments.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Tested in female Balb/C mice with dosing at 1 mg/kg iv and 15 mg/kg po. A clear decrease in levels of BCL6 in the tumor was observed up to 10 h after dosing with a maximal effect at ∼4 h in a mouse OCI-Ly1 DLBCL xenograft model with single dose (15 mg/kg p.o.).
