Use at a concentration of 1 µM.

Use the recommended concentration to avoid off-target toxicity and/or off-target activity. Using concentrations that are higher than recommended could lead to false positive or confounding results.

In vivo

Tested in rats with IP dosing (3 -30 mg/kg): Brain penetration shown (Kpu (brain) ca. 0.57). Active in TUNL (trial-unique delayed, non-matching-to-location) models in rats (A test of working memory): RO-275 (30 mg/kg) partially rescued performance impairment by MK-801 at the 2 and 4 s delays, and led to a significant recovery of performance across all delays.
